User Terms

When you upload your data to the Texas Litter Database, you grant to Keep Texas Beautiful and the Texas Litter Database permission to reproduce, use for research and/or education purposes, and further disseminate the litter data in all media now existing or to be created in the future, including, but not limited to, the use of the data in KTB’s Texas Litter Database, accessible at txlitter.org. You acknowledge that any data you upload will be viewable (and therefore downloadable) by other database users and members of the public.

You hereby represent and warrant that you are qualified to grant this license, being the owner of the data, or the owner’s authorized employee or agent. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless KTB, as well as its employees, agents, and contractors, against any and all claims, actions, or damages (including attorney’s reasonable fees) asserted by or paid to any party on account of a breach or alleged breach of the above warranties.

You further understand that KTB will not compensate you in any way or pay you for using these data.
